Burnett Home Improvement
The Tulsa showroom shop homeowners come back to
Burnett is on this list because the reviews describe a long-running Tulsa shop that homeowners can see before they buy. They do not merely say the house looked better. They name LP SmartSide, CraneBoard, 22 windows, a 100-year-old house, a two-day siding hang, and a workmanship warranty they wanted so they could sleep at night.
For Tulsa homeowners, those details matter. They show how a family company operates when the product is on a showroom wall, when a window ships wrong, and when the same house comes back years later for gutters.

A showroom shop since 1979
Burnett Home Improvement is a family-owned Tulsa company. The shop has been in business since 1979. On siding they report work for more than 31,000 homeowners. Product lines they name include LP SmartSide, Portfolio by Crane, and Everlast, along with vinyl and insulated vinyl.
They keep a 4,000-square-foot Tulsa showroom so you can look at color and profile in person. They also work Northwest Arkansas. They go past the manufacturer warranty with a workmanship warranty for as long as the customer lives in the home.
Homeowners should confirm current product lines, warranty terms, and the written project scope directly with the company before contracting.
What the reviews show
The best contractor reviews give you something to evaluate: the house, the product, a person on the crew, and a result that held up. Burnett’s file has those notes. Homeowners describe a century house, SmartSide and CraneBoard by name, phased work that fit a budget, and a shop they called again years later.
We have had Burnett Windows & Siding replace all 22 of our windows, our siding with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Siding and our gutters with K-Guard Seamless guttering. I always get a least 3 quotes and bombard the company's with all my questions and concerns before picking anyone. We plan on being in this house until they roll us to the nursing home or to the morgue, which ever comes first. So I wanted a warranty that would let me sleep at night. Burnett will let you get any of the work that you want done in phases to fit your budget. They don't try to strong arm you into doing it all at once. After getting the new windows and siding we don't really hear the strange noises from the airport or the train tracks in the middle of the night. We LOVE all the improvements that Burnett made for us. If you ever have a problem or question during or after the install, they are only a phone call away. The only one in the family that doesn't care for the new windows is our old cat. She sits in the window to bake in the sun, but no longer can feel the extra heat, so she is puzzled by where Mister Sunshine went.
That review explains the company in one account: 22 windows, named siding, named gutters, a lifetime in the house, a warranty she could sleep on, and work done in phases. It is more than a compliment. It is a view of the company’s process.
When the product has to be right
A showroom only helps if the hang matches what you saw on the wall. The fussy parts of a wrap are the corners. A window that ships wrong is a test of whether the shop stays with the house.
The attention to detail was especially excellent. Our CraneBoard siding is very attractive and beautifully installed. Even the corners, nooks, and crannies are beautiful.
They name the product and the corners, which is where a wrap usually fails.
We were very pleased! They were very easy to work with, very pleasant. As a matter of fact, I still see the first guy I had contact with and he still says hi to me when he sees me. They had the siding on in two days and did the windows about a month later. It only took them one day to put the windows in. One of the windows was shipped incorrectly and they made everything right, they were wonderful! They double checked every single question we had. They are GREAT! The manager, Pat, is a pleasure. He came out on the last night to inspect the work. No complaints about them. They were honest about their pricing and that we could find someone cheaper but that they do the best work, they were right. The workers were so much fun. I would use them again in a heart beat!
A two-day siding hang, a wrong window made right, and the manager back at night. That is how a shop handles a problem instead of leaving it on the homeowner.
We are so impressed with the job that Louie and Derek did on our house! They were very efficient, professional, and perfectionists to boot! Everything had to meet their expectations of what they wanted done and what they wanted it to look like or they started it over! There response to that was, if it were mine, this is how I would want it! We couldn't have asked for a better crew. They always let us know exactly what time they would be there as well, and were always ‘spot on’!
Louie and Derek restarted work to their own standard, not to get off the site.
A shop people come back to
A siding contractor makes its strongest promise after the job is complete. Burnett’s file includes houses that called again for gutters, and homeowners who had already done the reading.
Burnett has done both my siding and my gutters! The quality, professionalism, and warranty had me coming back a second time! I was pleased enough to come back for more!
They did my siding a few years ago and that is why I called them for guttering. I was satisfied with their service for anything that was needed.
A return visit after the siding is how a shop earns the next trade.
After exhaustive research we chose to use your company for windows & siding. We are extremely pleased with the new appearance of our home and are 100% certain that we made the right choice with Burnett. We think the customer care is one of your best offers for folks. We love the way our home looks.
Houses with a past
Older Tulsa houses need a crew that can see wood rot, original windows, and brick that has to work with the new color.
We have a 100 year old house. Rod and Lloyd did an excellent job installing our new windows. They are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. Everyone at Burnett's is very nice and accomodating. We can't wait to use Burnett's on our next project!!!
A century house with named installers, and they already want the next job.
Did someone say that you can't get excited about a window & siding project? We see beauty, we see savings, we see easy to clean, we saw very capable and professional craftsmen, we saw a good clean up job after installation. So you see, it's easy to get excited as we're already getting compliments. All we can say is hooking up with Burnett was a positive experience.
Windows, siding, cleanup, and compliments from the street.
I was really impressed with the idea of the Starbucks gift card given to my neighbors due to the loud noises being caused.
A noisy install that still thought about the people next door.
Best fit for homeowners
Burnett is a particularly strong match for homeowners who:
- Want to see vinyl, insulated vinyl, or engineered wood in a Tulsa showroom before they bid
- Want LP SmartSide, CraneBoard, or a similar product hung with the corners done well
- Plan to stay in the house and care about a live-in-the-home workmanship warranty
- Want windows, siding, and gutters from one shop, sometimes in phases
- Have an older Tulsa house and want named people on the crew
- Prefer a family company that homeowners call again years later
Before you compare quotes
The cheapest siding number can be the thinnest scope. Ask every contractor to specify these items in writing:
- Removal and disposal of existing siding
- House wrap or weather-resistive barrier
- Flashing at windows, doors, and exterior penetrations
- Trim materials and how corners are finished
- Product line and color, as seen in the showroom
- Workmanship warranty terms, including how long it lasts if you stay in the house
- Daily cleanup and final debris removal
- Who handles a wrong-shipped window or a callback after completion
Then compare the written scope, not just the final price.
The bottom line
Burnett is on this list because its reviews provide real evidence of the things a showroom shop should deliver: a product you can see, a hang that includes the corners, a manager who comes back, and a warranty that brings the same house back years later.
The reviews are not simply enthusiastic. They name the product and the people. When you are deciding who to trust with a Tulsa exterior, those specifics are what make the difference.

How do I hire a siding company in Oklahoma?
Start with the 2026 city winner if they hang the material you want, then call that shop. Get wrap, flashing, and trim on the written estimate. Ask who is on site the week they start.
What should be on a written siding estimate?
Product line and color, square footage, tear-off or reside, housewrap, flashing, trim, soffit, paint or factory finish, dumpster, and start window. If wrap and flashing are missing, the cheap number is usually a thinner scope.
Do I need to replace siding or can I repair it?
Repair works when damage is local: a few cracked boards, one wall, chimney wrap, or trim rot. Full replacement makes sense when the wrap is failing, paint will not hold, water is behind the skin, or you are changing material.
How long does a siding job take?
A typical Tulsa house is days, not months, if weather holds. Homeowners on this issue describe whole-house wraps in a week and smaller chimney or gable jobs in a day or two. Ask about start date, crew size, and whether they tear off and hang in the same week.
